Coronavirus: Global death toll tops 2,11,000

Dhaka 28 April (Dailytimes24):  The global death toll from coronavirus (Covid-19) has climbed to 2,11,663 till Tuesday afternoon (Bangladesh Time).

A total of 30,66,449 people have been affected and 923,448 people have recovered worldwide from the disease, according to latest data from worldometer.

A total of 210 countries and territories and two international conveyances have been infected in the deadly disease.

In USA, 10,10,507 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 56,803 people have died and 139,162 people have recovered.
In Italy, 199,414 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 26,977 people have died and 66,624 people have recovered.

In Spain, 229,422 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 23,521 have died and 120,832 people have recovered.

In France, 165,842 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 23,293 patients have died and 45,513 patients have recovered.

In UK, 157,149 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 21,092 people died.

In China, 82,836 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 4,633 people have died and 77,555 have recovered.

In Iran, 91,472 people have been infected in the coronavirus (Covid-19). Of them, 5,806 patients have died and 70,933 patients have recovered.

In India, 29,451 people have been diagnosed with Covid-19. Of them, 939 people have died and 7,137 have recovered.

In Bangladesh, 5,913 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 152 patients have died and 131 patients have recovered. The World Health Organization declared the coronavirus crisis a pandemic on March 11.
